He had a successful dormer installation business. Growing demand. Good reputation. But his sales process was killing him. Every quote required hours of back-and-forth emails to gather basic specifications. His CRM was a spreadsheet. His project tracking lived in his head.
He looked for software that could help. Enterprise ERPs existed—at enterprise prices with enterprise complexity. Small business tools existed—too simple for his needs. Nothing in between fit.
So he partnered with a development team to build exactly what he needed: a CRM that understood construction, configurators that captured specifications visually, and project management that tracked from quote to completion.
